最孤獨的嗚叫

世上有一種 ”最孤獨的鳴叫”，無論叫得多聲嘶力竭，卻永遠不被聽見。

一九八九年，美國海軍的水底監察系統偵測到一種不尋常的聲音。它似是 #藍鯨 鳴叫，但與平時藍鯨的叫聲很不同。海軍錄得的頻率，大大超出了藍鯨，以至其他鯨魚種類的鳴叫頻率範圍（一般是在十至四十赫茲即Hz之間），竟高達五十二赫茲。

由於其他同伴永遠無法接收到牠的鳴叫頻率，牠成為「世上最孤獨的五十二赫茲鯨魚」……

以為自已可以亨受孤獨的我，原來從不喜歡孤單一個！

人生斷捨離

 

人生很多的悲喜，往往只在於你如何看待事情，而不在乎於事情本身的好壞。面對人生，很多事都放不下，斷捨離真的很難。

一個人的心不能放下過去，就不能開展將來；不能放下成敗，就沒有下一個突破；不能放下悲傷，就沒法再有喜樂﹗塵世間有很多情感上的執着是難以「捨掉」的，即使心裏明知無法延續，還是抓緊不放，只因人與人之間的緊密關係，被認定是快樂的來源。然而，要「能捨」才可「重拾」人生﹗
